Yesterday, I spent the day with Sally Fallon Morell here in my loft capturing many recipes and ingredients from the book Nourishing Traditions for a revised PowerPoint on Traditional Diets that I am redesigning for her. In preparation, I purchased chicken livers from Foster Farms, sold at Safeway, organic chicken livers from Carlson Ranch in association with Field to Family at Whole Foods, and pasture raised chicken livers from Marin Sun Farms sold at Bi-Rite Market in San Francisco. Here are the results.
